Rolling out the Racists
You’ve got to hand it to them, their enthusiasm for the demonising of Jews and Israel never wanes!
In Scotland, by “them” of course we mean people of influence, such as politicians, academics, medical professionals and, perhaps the most influential of all, the Church of Scotland and their associated agencies. (cont'd)

Church of Scotland joins the Anti-Semitic Circle
The Date of Infamy speech was delivered by United States President Franklin D. Roosevelt to a Joint Session of Congress on 8 December 1941, one day after Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor Naval Base. It achieved that title from the first line of the speech when Roosevelt described the previous day as "a date which will live in infamy." An hour after, Congress had passed a formal declaration of war against Japan and brought the U.S. as combatant into World War II.
July 16, 2014 is another day that could also qualify as a Date of Infamy. If claims by the extremist and anti-Semitic fringe group Scottish Palestine Solidarity Campaign (SPSC) are true, it was then that the Church of Scotland (CoS) formally joined their anti-Semitic circle. (full article)

Christians suffering in Middle_east
Recent reports emanating from the Middle East highlight attacks on Christian buildings in Gaza and extortion taxes on Christian communities in Syria. Under the control of the Palestinian Authority, the Christian share of the population of Bethlehem has shrunk from a high of 85% (1989) to just 7% (2013).
Since the Scottish Parliament was formed in 1999, to date 145 motions presented to the Parliament have contained references (usually hostile) to Israel’s defence against terror. Only 2 (two) motions, both recent, have expressed any concern for the fate of Christian communities suffering under Arab duress. Does Scotland care?
